Do I Need a Prescription? How Does the Process Work?
One of our licensed doctors will assess your eligibility. If you meet the criteria, the prescribed medication will be shipped to your address through our affiliated pharmacy, and you will be billed the specified amount. Going forward, you will receive monthly deliveries of the prescribed medication and be charged according to your agreement with us. Quarterly check-ins with your healthcare provider are mandatory to track your well-being and advancement, as well as to renew your prescriptions (with no additional cost).
What kind of medication will I be receiving?
You will receive a medication that has been prescribed by your doctor. The specific medication, whether it is a brand, generic, or compounded version, will depend on the chosen program and its availability. You will be provided with advance notification regarding the type of medication and its associated pricing.
What is the cost of the program?
The program starts at $999 for 4 months, or $250 per month, which is discounted from $1,332.
What does the program include? Does it include medication cost? Are there any hidden fees?
All of our programs include the medication, program membership, health check-ins, telehealth visits, the prescription (if approved), and unrestricted communication with your doctor through text. There are no hidden charges or commitments to long-term contracts.
Will I be charged if I don’t qualify?
You will not be charged if you do not qualify for the program. A full refund will be provided in the event you have been charged.
Will my information be kept confidential?

When will I receive my first shipment?
Your first shipment will be promptly delivered once our doctors have reviewed your medical records and prescribed the medication. Subsequently, your physician will assess your progress and issue the next prescription as needed. This ensures that you always have a supply of medication available to continue your treatment journey.
Is the Program covered by insurance?

What are Compounded Medications?
Our compounded medications are produced in specialized compounding pharmacies with accreditation and licenses in multiple states. These pharmacies exclusively use high-quality, approved ingredients for their formulations.
Compounded Semaglutide that may be prescribed to you is a compounded medication and has no affiliation with the Novo Nordisk™ corporation or the brand-name drugs Wegovy® or Ozempic®.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can easily cancel any order you make. If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us at support@katherine.com with your order number and full name. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.

How can I check the status of my order?

I received the tracking link, but it's not working
If the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the system to update. Tracking numbers need time to become activated by the carrier's tracking system.
I log into my account, but I cannot see my Order
If you can not see your order in your account, it usually means that you created an account with us after you submitted your order as a guest. Please send us an email about this issue at support@katherine.com and we will quickly link your order to your account and you will be able to view it there.
I placed an order with you but I made a mistake. How can I fix it?
To fix an order just send us an email with your order number and the customer name of the order to support@katherine.com and we will take care of updating your order. Please note, making changes to an order might affect the delivery date.
