What is the price? Any hidden fees?

Our program pricing is straightforward and transparent: $249 per month

There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. You pay only for the plan you select, with no hidden fees or ongoing commitments.

Is it a subscription?

No, our plans do not involve subscriptions or automatic renewals. We want you to have the freedom to choose us again, which is why we don’t use a subscription model.

What does the program include?

All of our programs include telehealth visits, prescription medications, free shipping, health check-ins, and unrestricted communication with your doctor through text. Prescription medications are provided only after consultation with a doctor to determine if the medication is appropriate for you.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes, your medical information and order history are strictly accessible only to our medical team and prescribers. Privacy Policy for further details.

How does the process work? Do I need a prescription?

  • Complete the Questionnaire: Provide the necessary information by filling out our required questionnaire.
  • Proceed to Checkout: A pre-authorization for the selected plan will be processed.
  • Doctor’s Review: A licensed doctor will review your questionnaire to determine your eligibility.
  • Approval & Shipping: If approved, your prescribed medication will be shipped directly to your address.
  • Cancellation if Not Approved: If your application isn’t approved, the order will be automatically canceled, and the pre-authorization hold on your account will be released.
  • Once Approved: You’ll receive your prescribed medication and have quarterly check-ins with your healthcare provider to monitor your progress and renew prescriptions—at no additional cost.

What kind of medication will I receive?

You will receive a compounded Semaglutide, as this is the only medication we currently offer. The dosage will be determined based on the information provided in your questionnaire and the selected plan duration. You will be informed in advance about the specific prescription you receive.

While completing the questionnaire, you can include any preferences or questions you’d like to address with the doctor to ensure your needs are considered during the review process.

What are Compounded Medications?

Our compounded medications are produced in specialized compounding pharmacies with accreditation and licenses in multiple states. These pharmacies exclusively use high-quality, approved ingredients for their formulations.

Compounded Semaglutide that may be prescribed to you is a compounded medication and has no affiliation with the Novo Nordisk™ corporation or the brand-name drugs Wegovy® or Ozempic®.

When will I receive my order? How long is shipping?

Your shipment will be processed and sent shortly after our doctors review your medical records and issue a prescription. This review typically takes up to 2 business days from the date of your order.

Once your prescription is approved, shipping usually takes an additional 2–3 business days. We provide free shipping for all orders.

What are your shipping options?

We offer free shipping on all of our orders.

Any issues with tracking your delivery?

You should receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If the tracking link in the email is not active yet, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update. Shipment details may take some time to become available.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelling a Processing Order:

If your order is still being processed and your prescription has not yet been approved, please contact us at support@katherine.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and full name in your message. Our Care Team will do their best to assist you promptly.

Cancelling After Prescription Approval:

Once your prescription has been approved by a doctor and issued, cancellations are no longer possible. The pharmacy immediately begins preparing your medicine, and the product is promptly shipped.

Can I return my shipment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns given the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us.

How can I check the status of my order?

You have two options to check the status of your order:

  1. With Login:
    • Log in to your Katherine Cary account.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on ‘My Account’.
    • In the menu on the left-hand side, click on ‘My Orders’ to view your order details.
  2. Without Login:

I log into my account, but I cannot see my order.

If you're unable to find your order, please contact us at support@katherine.com with your order number, the full name associated with the order, and the email address you used when placing the order.

Additionally, we recommend double-checking the email address you’re currently using to log in to ensure it's the same one used for your order.

I made a mistake in my order. How can I fix it?

If the mistake is in your medical information, please contact your doctor directly. If the error involves your address, name, or other details, email us at support@katherine.com . Make sure to include a description of the issue, your order number, and your name. We'll promptly assist you in resolving it.

I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email please contact us at support@katherine.com with your full name and we will get back to you quickly.

Do you accept insurance?

Services, products, and medications offered through Katherine Cary are not covered by insurance.

Do you use secure payment methods?

Yes, our payments are highly secure, we work only with payment providers that meet the highest industry standards and guidelines, ensuring your information is protected. In addition we do not store your credit card information and we have no prohibited data storage.

Will I be charged if I'm not approved for a medication?

When you place an order, a temporary hold is placed on your payment to secure your appointment with the doctor. The actual charge will only occur once your prescription is approved. If your prescription is not approved, the hold will be released, and no payment will be processed.

Typically, if a patient is eligible for a GLP-1 prescription, it is approved within 3-4 days. However, due to strict limitations set by credit card companies, if the review process takes longer, we are required to capture the payment on the 7th day, as authorizations are limited to a 7-day period. If your prescription is not approved, we will promptly refund your money.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and PayPal Pay Later.

If you'd prefer to make monthly payments, you can use PayPal Pay Later option: simply select PayPal and follow the steps to divide the total into smaller monthly payments.

The specific medication, whether it is a brand, generic, or compounded version, will depend on the chosen program and its availability. You will be provided with advance notification regarding the type of medication and its associated pricing.

What is the cost of the program?

The program starts at $696 for 4 months, or $174 per month, which is discounted from $996.

Will I be charged if I don’t qualify?

You will not be charged if you do not qualify for the program. A full refund will be provided in the event you have been charged.
